At BloomingAmazing.ie we respect the privacy of all our users, customers and gift recipients.

You trust us with certain information when ordering flowers and gifts online or when interacting with this website and we take this issue seriously.

We do not buy, borrow, or rent email addresses or personal information from third parties. *We do not loan, sell or otherwise share email addresses or personal details with third parties except as detailed below.

*In order to successfully undertake flower delivery on your behalf we do gather certain information such as recipient names, addresses & phone numbers which we may share with our flower delivery courier service to enable your gift deliveries.

Likewise, we do gather customers names, billing addresses, phone numbers and other information to enable ordering flowers online, to submit to our card payment processors specifically to enable online payment transactions or to respond to users queries.

We do not store customer credit or debit cards. The information we gather is only used for the direct purposes of receiving, paying for and delivering gift orders, to respond to customer and recipient queries.

We operate an “opt in” Loyalty Points programme which allows you earn points which can be redeemed against future orders. As part of this programme users receive occasional newsletters and Loyalty Points Statements detailing points earned and their current balance along with other information.

You can opt out or in at any time from this communication by simply logging into your account and unsubscribing. Likewise, you can choose to store or not to store delivery addresses for future use, you can edit or delete stored delivery addresses and billing addresses, you can delete past orders and you can also delete your entire account should you so wish.

Blooming Amazing Flower Company uses cookies and other technologies to help us better understand how people use our website and to make their browsing experience better. These are small data files sent from our web site to your browser that is stored on your device’s hard drive. To refuse or disable them you need to modify your browser settings. How to do this will vary depending on the device and browser in use. If you do disable or reject cookies the website or personalised features of it may not work correctly.

Security

Shop in confidence – all online credit & debit card transactions on this site are secured by either Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal or Stripe who provide industry leading security for credit and debit card transactions.

For added peace of mind we do not store your credit card details – these are processed by our credit card processor partners and we have no access to this information. Our website server uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encode all information that is sent to us when an order is placed on our web site. This provides you with the best possible protection against unauthorised use of information you send us.

You can review and update your account information with us online at any time by logging into your account. You may edit or delete your delivery addresses, change your email address and password and subscribe or unsubscribe to our occasional newsletters and Loyalty Points statements.

This web site is owned and operated by Rossbriar Ltd. trading as Blooming Amazing Flower Company. We were incorporated and registered in Ireland in 1996. Our company registration number is 224911. Our registered address is 38 Ranelagh, Dublin 6, D06 E4H3, Ireland. By using and or purchasing products from this web site you agree to our security terms, privacy terms and other terms and conditions.

Prices, Taxes and VAT

All prices quoted are inclusive of the applicable tax and VAT rates (currently 13.5% or 23%). Our VAT number is IE8224911M. A VAT receipt is automatically emailed to your submitted email address with each order confirmation. Delivery charges, if applicable, are specified in your order prior to your payment – there are no hidden charges applied. If any additional charges are applicable such as in the case of repeated re-delivery these will be notified and agreed by you in advance.

Availability and Substitution

Flowers are a living product. They are seasonal and perishable and may not be available or deemed by us to be of suitable quality for use. For this reason, on occasion a particular flower variety, plant, alcohol product or other gift product may be unavailable. We therefore reserve the right to provide substitute items if an item is not available on a required delivery date. Substituted items when supplied are always of an equal or greater value to the original ordered.

Delivery

To ensure the success of a delivery please include full and correct recipient delivery details with your order including the recipient’s name, phone and / or mobile phone number. We will not contact the recipient in advance of delivery unless specifically requested to do so by you however we do need these details in case of any delivery difficulty with your order.

Please also provide your name, email address and phone number so that we can clarify any query prior to delivery. Please also provide Eircodes/Postcodes with the recipient’s delivery address. Eircodes can be located using the eircodefinder link on the web check out form. They are very useful when delivering, particularly to rural locations with only townland names as an address or when street address numbers are absent.

If the intended recipient is not at the delivery address, or if a suitable 3rd party is not available to receive delivery on their behalf when a delivery is attempted, our standard procedure is to make telephone contact with the intended recipient to arrange alternative delivery arrangements and / or we will leave the order with an immediate neighbour or in a safe place with a calling card delivered advising the intended recipient where their order has been left. Failing this a calling card is left for the intended recipient advising them to contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Where a delivery is to an address such as an hotel, workplace, hospital etc, a suitable 3rd party, such as a receptionist or security officer, may accept delivery on the intended recipient’s behalf.

Due to Covid restrictions our flower delivery services are practising contactless delivery for all orders to Dublin and across Ireland. To avoid unnecessary contact this means we will not gather signatures from recipients. As proof of delivery, we now manually record delivery time and date details for any confirmation queries.

Specific delivery times cannot be accepted unless agreed with us in advance. This is due to the wide area we cover and also because of the high volumes of traffic on Irish roads. Orders for business addresses will be delivered during normal office hours.

If you request a specific delivery time without agreement from us we will do our very best to honour this but unfortunately we can not guarantee it.

For morning and short notice delivery of Sympathy Tributes to a church please provide us with the service time and location and we will confirm if a timed delivery is available. Alternative options may be possible such as delivery to the deceased’s home or to a funeral home.

Delivery to destinations outside Dublin may be made by courier or relayed through a network of quality florists.

Tracking

Check your account to get status updates on your order – we will update your order’s status from received to scheduled and then to completed. If for any reason there is a difficulty with your order (ie incorrect delivery address, recipient away etc) we will contact you by phone or email to advise. Your order status will be placed on hold until resolved.

Returns and Refunds

At Blooming Amazing Flower Company we want you to be delighted with our products and services and we always strive to deliver beautiful gifts and on time. To back this up we guarantee the quality of all our flower bouquets, arrangements and other products supplied through this web site. Flower arrangements, or bouquets should last a minimum of five days but typically longer if they have been treated in accordance with the care instructions they have been supplied with. However, as they are perishable and delicate on rare occasions things can go wrong. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the quality of the flower products we have supplied, and because they are a perishable product, please contact our quality manager within 72 hours of receipt so we can resolve any issues relating to quality. For non-perishable items please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Our quality manager can be contacted by phone on +353-1-4910233 during normal shop opening hours or by email on [email protected] For us to assess any issue relating to quality, please ensure the original item is retained and available for return. If the product has been delivered by us, we may need to arrange for it’s collection with you. If the product has been purchased in-store we will advise if you need to return it to us. After investigation if we agree the product is defective, we will replace it with a similar one or offer a partial or full refund. Any refunds agreed will be made within 48 hours of agreement to do so and will be refunded in the same form of payment originally used. Where replacement items are provided, they will be of an equal or greater value.

Non-Delivery

Incorrect or incomplete recipient information may cause delivery delays, difficulties or failure for which we cannot be held liable for. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an order if the delivery address and / or recipient contact details received are incomplete or incorrect – in this case we will contact you to request corrected information but if this information is not provided to us in a timely manner, and as many of our products are perishable, additional charges may be incurred if the product has to be replaced. If incorrect recipient information is provided additional delivery charges may be incurred for second and subsequent delivery attempts.

In the unlikely event that an item is not delivered by us, or delivered on the correct delivery date, and provided such failure is not because of a failure on the buyer’s part to provide accurate information to enable delivery, the buyer must advise us as soon as they become aware of this, but not later than 28 days after the original specified delivery date. To advise us of a non-delivery, please contact our quality manager in-store, by phone on +353-1-4910233 or email [email protected] Please provide your order number with your name and the email address you used when placing your order. We will respond to you as soon as possible – usually within three hours of receipt but not later than 3 working days.

If delivery has not taken place and where we are at fault, we will undertake to complete the delivery to the satisfaction of the buyer or provide a full refund. Any refunds agreed will be made within 48 hours of agreement to do so and will be refunded in the same form of payment originally used. We regret that we cannot accept complaints relating to non-delivery if they are made beyond 28 days of the intended delivery date.

Cancellation and Amendments

In the event that you need to cancel or amend an order placed through this web please do so within 24 hours of the intended delivery date. If you wish to cancel an order placed through this web site a full refund will be given if 24 hours’ notice is provided to us. Amendments or cancellations may be made in person, by email to [email protected] or by phone on +353-1-4910233. If cancellations or amendments are made within 24 hours of the intended delivery date, we reserve the right to charge in full for any item ordered.  Refunds due will be made within 48 hours of agreement to do so and will be refunded in the same form of payment originally used.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we deem the order or gift message may cause offence to the intended recipient.

Alcohol

Any alcohol products ordered online through this website may only be delivered in Dublin. When alchol products and by agreeing to these terms and conditions you confirm that, as a buyer you are over 18 years of age. You also confirm that the recipient of the delivery is over 18 years of age. In all cases we will refuse delivery of wines, Prosecco and Champagne where the recipient is under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to request a recipient’s proof of age when delivering any alcohol products and will refuse delivery if a recipient is requested to verify their age and is unable or unwilling to do so.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by any of these terms and conditions.
