Can I place an order if I live outside the Republic of Ireland?
Yes. You can order from anywhere in the world for flower delivery in Dublin. If you place your order on this website we’ll look after it for you or alternatively email us at [email protected] or phone us on +353-1-4910233.
How can I cancel or amend an order?

Can you guarantee delivery dates?
Yes. When you place your order on our website you can choose from the available delivery dates. Once we receive your order we will guarantee to deliver on your chosen date.
Why do you need a phone number for the person I am sending flowers to - I want to send flowers as a surprise gift?
We need a phone number for the recipient in case of any difficulties with the delivery such as “not in”, “incorrect address” etc. We won’t phone in advance of delivery and spoil any surprise but we do need these details if we run into problems.
Is there a cut-off time for same-day delivery?
Yes. Our latest cut-off time for same-day delivery is 3 pm. The exact time varies from 12.00 noon to 3 pm and depends on the delivery addresses’ distance from our flower shop in Ranelagh. If delivery today is available to select on our website then your order can be delivered “same day”. If you have missed the cut-off time for same-day delivery please phone us at +353-1-4910233 and we will be happy to advise if it is still possible.
If I don't have the complete delivery address, but I have the contact number of the recipient, will you still be able to deliver?
Yes. But it is probably best to contact us so we can better assist you with your order. Please phone us on +353-1-4910233 or email [email protected] or pop into our flower shop in the heart of Ranelagh Village in Dublin.
Same day flower delivery Dublin - How does this work?
When you place your order you can choose same-day delivery in Dublin if today’s date is still available to select. If you choose today we will assemble your flower bouquet, arrangement, plant or gift and deliver it in Dublin today.
How to arrange for next day flower delivery?
If you wish to order flowers for next-day delivery just select this option when you are checking out from our website. If it is not available please choose the next available date.
How can I request for a specific time of delivery?
There is a “special requests” field on the web order form so please enter your request here. If you do request a specific delivery time we will do our best to honour this but unfortunately, we can not guarantee it unless it is agreed with us in advance. This is due to the wide area we cover and because of the high volumes of traffic on Dublin roads. Orders are usually delivered between 9 am to 6 pm with business orders delivered during normal office hours. Occasionally at peak periods our delivery services will start earlier or extend into the evening due to increased volumes.
Which counties do you deliver to?
Dublin. We only deliver to addresses in Dublin city and county.
How much are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges start at €5.00 for local delivery. Delivery for other areas varies from €5.00 to €20.00 depending on the distance required to deliver your gift. The exact delivery charges is fully itemised for you at checkout before you make any payment.
How can I apply my discount voucher?
If you have a discount code please enter it in the “my basket” page before you check out.
Can I place my order anonymously?
Yes. You can leave your gift message unsigned if you prefer – if you choose to do so we will not divulge this information to the recipient unless agreed with you.

Will I receive an order confirmation of my order?
Yes. You will receive an automatic order confirmation when you order online. You will also receive a delivery confirmation when the order has been successfully delivered.
Do you deliver during weekends?
Yes on Saturdays. Do you deliver flowers to Northern Ireland?
No. We deliver flowers and gifts in Dublin city & county only.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals?
Yes we deliver flower and gifts to hospitals across Dublin city and county. However some hospitals or some units in a hospital will not accept flower deliveries – if we receive an order that a hospital will not allow, we will let you know and try to arrange an alternative option. If this is not possible you can cancell your order and receive a full refund.

Where do your flowers come from?
Our fresh flowers and foliage are sourced from the best growers in Ireland and from the international flower markets in The Netherlands
Will the arrangement look exactly as the picture?
Each flower arrangement is unique but our skilled florists will design your arrangement to look as close as possible to the image shown. As we do use the freshest seasonal flowers and foliage available, differences may occur due to availability of particular flower varieties. If we need to substitute flowers for seasonality or quality reasons we will always use flowers of a similar or higher value.
What if my chosen flowers are not available?
Sometimes particular flower varieties may not be available for seasonality or for quality reasons. If this happens we may use flowers of a similar style to design your gift. If a suitable substitute is not available we will contact you to discuss alternative options.If substitute flowers are used they are always of an equal or greater value to the original ordered.
Do you do flower installations for events?
Yes. We are a full service floristry company. We install bespoke flower designs for corporate events, weddings and other special occasions throughout Dublin and Ireland. We provide a contract flower service for Dublin offices and design and install custom flower arrangements for some of Dublin’s leading hotels, restaurants and venues.
How would the recipient know that the flowers are from me?
If you include your name as part of your gift message the recipient will then know who sent the flowers.
How do I know if my order was delivered?
If you order online, when your order is delivered, we will send you and email to confirm it has been successfully delivered. If there are any difficulties with the delivery we will contact you to let you know.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account here https://www.bloomingamazing.ie/my-account/ . We will update your order’s status from received to scheduled and then to completed. For online orders you will also receive an order delivery confirmation for all orders successfully delivered. If for any reason there is a difficulty with your order (ie incorrect delivery address, recipient away etc) we will contact you by phone or email to advise. Your order status will be placed on hold until resolved.
What will happen if the recipient isn't home?
If the recipient is not at the delivery address, or if a suitable 3rd party is not available to receive delivery on their behalf, we try to make telephone contact with them to arrange alternative delivery arrangements and / or we will leave the order with an immediate neighbour with a calling card delivered advising the recipient where their order has been left. Failing this a calling card is left for the intended recipient advising them to contact us to make alternative arrangements.

What payment options do you offer?
For online transactions we accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa & American Express. You can also pay using ApplePay, GooglePay and PayPal. For in-store transactions we accept all the above payments in addition to cash payments.
Do you include the bill with the delivery?
No. For online orders your receipt is automatically emailed to you after you make payment. It includes a full cost breakdown and VAT details. The recipient of your order does not receive any billing information.
