Upon receipt, carefully pierce and drain the water bubble and then remove the biodegradable wrapping. Do not untie the string but cut 2cm off the bottom of the stems at an angle, place the bouquet in a vase with cool water and the provided flower food. Make sure there is plenty of room in your vase for water to circulate and ensure all stems are immersed. Keep the bouquet in a cool area away from direct sunlight.
