Flower delivery Dublin city and county is free of charge for all flower and gift orders placed on this web site.

Flower delivery Ireland (excluding Dublin and Northern Ireland) will be relayed through the eFlorist network of quality florists and a relay delivery charge of €13.50 is applicable. This charge is fully itemised to you before you check out from our web site.

International flower delivery to Northern Ireland, U.K. and rest of the world will be relayed through the eFlorist network of quality florists and a relay delivery charge of €15 is applicable. This charge is fully itemised to you before you check out from our web site.

All prices quoted on this web site include, gift wrapping, VAT and all taxes - there are no extra charges.*

* For flower delivery outside the Dublin area only - on rare occasions additional delivery charges may apply if an order is being sent to a remote location or an area where there is a gap in the eFlorist network coverage. Should this be the case we will contact you, in advance of delivery, to advise if any additional charges are applicable. 

• Our flower and gift delivery services take place Monday to Saturday between 9am - 6pm and on Mother's Day Sunday 10th March 2013.
• For guaranteed same day flower delivery please order prior to 1pm both instore and online.
• If you have missed the 1pm cut off time for same day flower delivery please order flowers through our Ranelagh and Foxrock flower shops directly. They will advise if delivery is possible today or on a next day basis.
• Occasionally at peak periods such as St. Valentine's Day, Christmas or Mother's Day our delivery service may be extended into the evening in order to deal with high delivery volumes.
• Specific delivery times can not be accepted due to the wide area we cover and the high volumes of traffic on Irish roads. The exceptions to this are Sympathy Tributes for delivery to a church or funeral home with a specific service time and business addresses which will receive delivery during normal office hours.
• Please include full recipient address details and phone numbers in your order. A mobile number for the recipient is usually the best way for us to contact them if they are not at the delivery address when we call.  
• If the intended recipient is not present when a flower delivery is attempted our standard procedure is to make phone contact with the recipient to make alternative delivery arrangements or we will leave the gift with an immediate neighbour and leave a card with the intended recipient informing them where their gift has been left. If this is not possible a card is left at the intended recipients address informing them a delivery was attempted and to contact us to arrange collection or an alternative delivery time.

• Sunday flower delivery - unfortunately we are closed on Sundays and delivery services are not available (except Mother's Day Sunday 10th March 2013).
• Public or Bank Holiday flower delivery - unfortunately we are closed on public and bank hilidays and delivery services are unavailable.
• We reserve the right to substitute flowers in arrangements and bouquets. This may arise on rare occasions if a particular flower is out of stock on the required delivery date. Where this is the case, flowers subsituted are always of an equal or greater value.
• We reserve the right to substitute a particular wine or champagne brand. This may arise on rare occasions if a particular product is out of stock on the required delivery date. Where this is the case, products subsituted are always of an equal or greater value.

Note : For flower delivery outside of the Dublin area, please be advised that we will do everything in our power to ensure your flowers are the same as illustrated however we cannot guarantee their exact content when relayed through the eFlorist network. We can, of course guarantee their quality and where substitution flowers are used we guarantee they are always to the same or greater value.
